Returns - the policy: What if I want to return something I buy online?
You are welcome to – it's no problem, and returns are FREE.
ELC's no quibble returns policy is to exchange an item or refund
your money. This does not affect your statutory rights. You can
choose from 3 easy options; either send
the item back along with the advice note enclosed with your order.
Simply fill in the advice note, and return it by post to the address
shown. You do not have to pay for the postage.
OR Take the item to any Early Learning Centre store
with the advice note. OR Call 08705 352 352 and
the Early Learning Centre will arrange collection. |
