There are certain tax and customs regulations that exempt consignments
of goods of low value (under 18 GBP) from import VAT. Goods sold
are "Community Goods" (i.e. in free circulation in the customs territory
of the EU) and should not therefore be subject to customs duties
when they are imported from TescoJersey to the UK. If, however,
an item of a value greater than 18 GBP were imported, the addressee
would be liable to pay this import VAT (the addressee is considered
the importer in this instance). Delivery will be made by first class
post to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
Please note that TescoJersey can only post products
to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. All deliveries
are by Jersey Post and, in the UK, Royal Mail. Where you request
more than one item in a single order, each item will be dispatched
separately as an individual package. You only need to register once
for full access to all stores. |

Provided
that the individual goods are sealed and unopened, you have the
right to cancel your order with tescojersey up to 28 working days
after the day following the delivery by calling our Customer Services
department on the following telephone number: 08457 225533. In the
event that the goods have already been despatched at the date of
receipt of your cancellation of the order you must return the goods
to us and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price
of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice
of cancellation was given. |
